Muno, Chow Earn Bronze in Volleyball

In the final game of the four days USA Beach Volleyball Championships high performance Sunday at the Hermosa Beach Pier, Susannah Muno Chow and London were on the ropes.
The pair could have been forgiven if they had given in to the obstacles they encounter.
Trailing 14-11 with Florida and Victoria Sophia Servideo Penrod used for match point, and Muno Chow does not seem to have a prayer.
"We just kept telling each other," we can do that, "Muno said later.
They did.
Muno, a resident of Hermosa Beach, and Chow, a recent transfer to Redondo Union High in Palm Springs, scored five consecutive points and scored a superb final in the tournament, defeating Servideo and Penrod 21-11, 9-21, 16 - 14 for the bronze medal in girls under 17 division gold.

At some point of the World Beach Volleyball Championship the weather in Moscow became really bad. It started raining and all the audience at the stadium headed for the exit. But… having heard that matches were still going on, many of them decided to come back. And not for nothing – the girls from the support team quickly put everybody in a good mood with their stirring dances.
